Previous minutes

Officer Reports / Updates 

  • Fencing – Baronial fencing blades are due to arrive this Thursday
  • Marshal – Flickering light still there.  Still being sorted by Bridge Club.
  • General – We need deputies and new Officers starting in a couple of months, please volunteer.
  • Archery – Grigorii and Henri to sort out Sharps training paperwork.

New Event proposals

  • Ethne to run war collegia on15th Sep and Kathelyne looking to run another Bazar event in October.  Just notes for now. Event proposals to be sent through for subsequent meeting.

Other Business

  • $40 Requested for plywood to make Baronial drums.  Raised by Rufus, seconded by Sarah, Liz objected, motion still passed.  Funding approved.
  • Archery supplies to make another 100 blunts.  Total of $600 requested by Grigorii, seconded by Sarah, no objections.  Funding approved.
  • $200 requested for Inter Kingdom Combat Archery Target.  Confirmed results from this can be submitted even when Lochac arrows are used.  Raised by Grigorii, seconded by Sarah, no objections. Funding approved.
