Bank Account Signatories

Need to grant access to Elenore as the new Reeve and Gabriel as the new Seneschal.  Early in New Year Gabriel will run a meeting to take off excess signatories once the handovers are complete.  Raised Henri. Seconded Tova. No objections

Increase to Fencing Helm and Gorget budget

Quote for two new helms and gorgets came in more than the $500 previously approved.  Henry requests an additional $85.00.  Raised Henry. Seconded Tova. No objections
