Officer Reports / Updates 

New Event proposals

  • Wei Min tabled Moon Festival Event.  Refer attached event form for budget details.  Raised Wei Min, Seconded by Dalla, No Objections, Event approved.

Other Business

  • Coenrad asked for funding for Archery supplies.  $70 for extension reels. $75 for timber for target system.  Also $20.95 to be paid to Ismena for fletching. Raised Coenrad, Seconded Alaric, No objections.  Funding approved.
  • Henri raised cost for new shipping container at GNW site at Logan.  $3200 asked for (refer attached quote). Henri raised, Gwen seconded, No objections, funding approved.  Post meeting note, Henri has checked with Exchequer and Treasurer and has subsequently received approval from the board for an asset purchase over $2000.00.  This will also need to be listed in our asset documents. The Fighter Auction money will be utilised first to pay this off and then the remainder will come from the standard Baronial monies.  This fully uses all Fighter Auction money currently in the account ($1366.00).
  • Ismena requested $80 for replacement archery blunts.  Seconded by Gabs, No objections. Funding approved.
  • Gabs advised he would be out of the country for the second War Collegia event but he would find a replacement steward.
  • Amalia requested $250 funding to bring in Mistress Lindoret and Master Gomez to run fencing classes at GNW.  The money is to go towards their travel expenses. Raised by Amalia, seconded by Alaric, No objections, funding approved.
  • Nesta requested $123.68 for lighting for feast events.  This consists of push button LED lights and batteries. Raised Nesta, Seconded by Alaric, No objections.  Funding approved.
  • Alaric requested an alteration to the Baronial Invest budget.  Additional $150 for decorations, $100 for subtlety and $50 for sundry.  Seconded by Henry, no objections funding approved.
  • Henry requested funds for 2 fencing blades for training on Monday nights.  Cost to be $504.00 USD plus conversion fee. Requested up to $750 AUD. Seconded by Wei Min, no objections, funding approved.
