- Approval of minutes from 14/10/2019. Raised by Gabriel, seconded by Christopher and passed.
- Approval of the bid new painted poles for the Barony. Asking for $400 to paint 12 poles for use by the Barony. 10 for banners, 2 for marshal poles. Approval for $400. Raised by Gabriel, seconded by Alexandria and passed.
- Resourcing plan for 2020 update. Having completed the documentation for the Recruiting project, Gabriel is now working on the documentation for the Resourcing project. The gist of it is that having got the person into coming to the SCA, we need to ensure that their needs are being meet, and that we are monitoring the process. Gabriel hopes to have the documentation finalised by the beginning of December 2019.
