Agenda items:

1. Approval of drop tester for Fencing. Used for testing the fencing gear to ensure it meets the armouring requirements.Approval for $200. Raised by Gabriel, seconded by Saifya and passed.
2. Approval of business cards as part of the recruitment process. Approval for $100. Raised by Gabriel, seconded by Alexandria and passed.
3. Approval for Collegia event being held on 1/02/2020.  This is to be the first of a quarterly Collegia run in the Barony. Using a BCC hall in Annerley. Costing is $200 for hall hire, $750 for bond, $140 for food, tea and coffee. Break point is 20 people attending the event. Approval for $340 for the event and $750 for bond. Raised Gabriel, seconded by Henri and passed.
4. Approval for Thistle War event being held on 02/05/20-04/05/20.  This is a new camping event to be held over the May Day long weekend at the old GNW site in Chambers Flats. The total funds requested for the event is $1835, broken down into $835.00 for steward funds (tokens, water, portaloos, gas etc) and $1000.00 for food. Break point is at 40 people attending the full event. Approval for $1835. Raised by Gabriel, seconded by Christopher and passed.
