Agenda items:

1. Approval of previous Baronial minutes from November 2019 and December 2019. Raised Gabriel. Seconded Sebastian and passed.
2. Adding of Linda Ayris as one of the signatories on the Baronial Bank account, the removal of Helen Ayris as one of the signatories on the Baronial Bank account, and the adding of Linda Ayris to be able to access Dropbox. Raised Gabriel. Seconded Grigorii and passed.
3. Supernova Demo. A proposal as part of the recruitment process to run a stall at the Gold Coast Supa Nova on 13-14 March 2020 with Safiya bint ’Abd al-Shahid as steward. Total cost will be $560.00 which includes entry for 4 people. Raised Gabriel. Seconded Alexandria and passed.
4. Calendar. There has been a change to some of the dates due to a variety of reasons.
5. Recruitment and Resourcing. A proposal from Safiya bint ’Abd al-Shahid to spend $150 for a 1m by 2m banner that we can use at outdoor events. Raised Gabriel. Seconded Merewenne and passed. There are enquires being made about attending the Living History Demo this year and further details will be provided when they are known.
