Officer Reports / Updates 

• New website is being finalised.  Currently waiting for Kingdom level update.  Drake to chase up after Abbey and Mid-Winter.

Other Business

• After meeting, Alaric and Henri discussed the Invest event and closing out reporting.  Deposit has been returned. Alaric assisting Reeve with finalising / reconciling numbers.  Dalla left out of pocket $48.89 from setup hall costs. Henri has covered so that she is not out of pocket.  Henri to be paid back. This was approved in the budget, just needs to be reconciled.

• Archery lights had to be replaced and the correct size lights bought.  Ended up being slightly more expensive than previously spent / approved.  Request an additional $54.81 to go to Michael Beswick. Raised Henri, Seconded Jayne, no objections.  Funding approved.

• Henri requested additional money for GNW assets.  Previous amounts of $950 for container fitout and $1600 for asset purchases were spent and am now requesting an additional $270.93.  Refer below for full itemised schedule. Raised Henri, Seconded Alaric, no objections. Funding approved.
